Non-identifiable data: this includes things like cookie data

Why do you collect it?

In order to offer our services to you, we need to be able to process certain information. This allows us to ensure that the right coach turns up at the right place at the right time and that payments can be processed properly.

We may also use certain information to target our marketing campaigns. If you wish to opt out of having your data used for these purposes, please let us know.

How long do you hold it for?

We are required to hold information relating to financial transactions for a period set by law (usually 5 years).

We hold personal information securely until you request that it is deleted, in which case we delete it as soon as practicable.
